REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

– Before picking up the rental car, make sure you have the necessary documents. We usually ask for a valid category B driver's license, notice or passport. Therefore, it is advisable to check in advance all your documents that are currently valid.

CAN I PAY WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?

– We accept all payment methods provided by law, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, CUP, etc. It is possible to rent a car without a credit card. Credit card can only be requested in exceptional cases. The card used for payment must be in the name of a driver. Must be presented and valid at time of vehicle pickup. The amount that will be charged to your card includes the price of the rental, as well as all additional taxes and extra expenses.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AGE OF THE DRIVER

– The minimum age to drive a car is 23 years with a minimum of 3 years driving experience, while the maximum age is 65 years. Younger drivers may be subject to additional charges or restrictions. 

MILEAGE AND FUEL

– “We usually offer a full tank of fuel. The exact amount of fuel present at the time of collection will be noted in the contract and the car must be filled with exactly the same amount of fuel present at the time of collection."

WHAT INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?

– The rental price usually includes civil liability insurance (CDW) and theft insurance (TP). However, it is advisable to carefully check the details of the included insurance and consider whether you need to buy additional cover.

CAN I ADD AN EXTRA DRIVER?

– Yes, it is possible to add an additional driver to the rental contract. However, an additional fee may apply for each additional driver "All additional drivers must comply with contract rules".

RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND INVOICE

– It may take up to 1-3 days for the release to reflect on your credit/debit card account, depending on the banking institution. Invoices are generated by email within 1-3 days of returning the car.

DAMAGES POLICY and ADDITIONAL COSTS

CAN I CROSS THE BORDER WITH A RENTAL CAR?

It is possible to cross the border only with the written permission of our company, with the exact indication of the place where the car will move. Border crossing outside MD is not allowed

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?

– Contact the police at 112, contact the assistance number indicated in the contact section.

– In the event of an accident, it is important to follow some basic steps to ensure your safety and that of others involved. Here's what to do:

– Stay calm: Try to stay calm and keep a clear head. Take deep breaths to calm yourself down.

– Make sure no one is seriously injured: immediately check the condition of everyone involved in the accident. If someone is seriously injured, call the emergency number immediately (112 in Europe, 911 in the United States or the local emergency number in your country).

– Secure the area: if possible, move affected vehicles off the road to avoid further accidents. Turn on the emergency lights to signal the presence of the accident.

– Call the authorities: contact the police or local authorities to report the incident. Provide them with all the necessary information, including details of the location and conditions of those involved.

– Information Exchange: Exchange information with other people involved, including names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance numbers and vehicle details. If there are witnesses, try to get their contact details as well.

– Photographs: If possible, photograph the scene of the accident, the damage to the vehicles and any road signs. These photos can be useful in case of disputes or insurance claims.

– Don't admit fault: even if you feel responsible for the accident, avoid admitting fault. Let the authorities and insurance companies handle the liability determination.

– Report the accident: Inform the insurance company about the accident as soon as possible. Provide them with all the necessary information and follow the procedure outlined in your policy.

– Get medical attention: Even if you don't seem seriously injured, get medical attention. Some symptoms may appear only after a while.

– Track events: note the details of the incident, including times, locations and circumstances. This information may be useful in the event of legal or insurance disputes.

– Remember that it is essential to obey the local traffic laws and regulations of the place where the accident occurs.
